All students can learn, albeit at different rates and in different ways. They know how (including when and how to engage others) to identify students’ different learning styles and ways students learn.
They know a broad range of instructional strategies appropriate to their area of specialization and the subject discipline they teach, and know which strategies are appropriate to help different students achieve different outcomes

CTS Module Setup
One way that I tried to give students option in the way that they learn would be through module setups. Later on in my practicum I gave students an option to set up modules on their own, or to use the assignments I had setup. This catered to different student learning needs, and gave them choice. Below is a link to a module I had setup, and the program of studies page students could use to setup their own, if they so desired, is to the right.
Option to use Print or Electronic Assignments
I tried to meet students needs by giving them the option to print some assignments off and do them by hand or do them on the computer. Most students would be given the choice, but a few I would get to print it off so they wouldn't be distracted by the computer. It was in their best interest.
Below is an example of one of the assignments. The student on the right did it by hand while to student on the left did the same one electronically.

Hardcopy and Electronic Folders
I also had my students save their work in two different places. They could save their work in a hard-copy folder or in an electronic folder depending on the work. Some students did both, or one more than the other. It gave them the abilitity to keep assignments the way they felt comfortable. I have examples of each method below.
Different Ways to do the Same Thing
I had one student who wanted to do a video tutorial for how to use functions in Photoshop and another who wanted to actually create images in Photoshop. They were both doing Raster Graphics 1, but I let each of them meet the outcomes the way they desired. This is direct evidence of using different strategies to help students meet intended outcomes.

Class Weebly
As a teacher in a computer lab I needed to make sure my resources were available online. So something I did near the beginning of the year was setup Weebly pages for both computers 9 and Multimedia that students could use to access assignments, resources, modules, and more! This was a lot of work to setup, but was so beneficial in helping students. One of the best parts is that it was accessible for students at home as well as in class. Below I have links to both the weebly pages I had built.
Student Weebly
I also had students create their own Weebly accounts that they would use as portfolios. These electronic portfolios are great for students as they can upload their work onto it, and then display it at home to family and friends. It is also something that they can take with them once they are done at school and still use to look back at their high school work.
Here are a few links to some student's Weebly portfolios.

Below is some of the feedback I received early on from my teacher mentor. I made sure to use this feedback and try and correct things where I could (for example, making sure that text on the screen is large enough to read).
